Judge not to free your soul

All the people we meet bring us close to who we really are, not what we know ourselves to be. The only way to know we are who we are is when we feel happy, and anything contrary to our true self induces sadness and hurt. Man was never made to resist the negative events of life; we were made to grow stronger by looking within us. We often meet with the people who bring out the best in out, that kind of people catapult us to our destiny. Those who have traveled the journey to warn us of the negative results they got do so only as privilege and may as an advice; we are the sole decision makers when it comes to our lives. We can steal ideas, but no one has ever had of an experience being stolen, it’s our soul’s class of education. The kind of people we become after crossing the river of life while we are at the banks as a lot about how we have responded to our feelings of sadness and the salty water that comes from our eyes.

Those who have gone thru all that they went thru, just like you say “If I knew this I would have made this or that decision”. The world we live in and beyond know no time yet man has created time and still to date man can never reverse his own creation. It is always easy to be the judge when you stand far as the observer yet when you become the active participant of the same incident you have judged only then will you see, we are all mortal men and we actually are all the same. One a man who goes beyond his standard being will review a thought and decide not as an observer but as one who will suffer consequences of his / her decision.

I have learnt today that being a judge of others only worsens my judgment on myself as I have raised the bar so high when I judged others hence for fair play I am to judge myself with the same level of judgment other wise the most unwelcome guest man has called “Guilt” crashes the doors of our souls and invites him / herself for an indefinite stay.

We always look for way to make it softer now ourselves. The one who is happy shows me its possible to be happy, the one who is sad as well tells me I am not alone. When we meet people who bring the best that I am, I shine, yet when I meet a situation that I can not change within me and obviously not in other we shrink back in to our souls shell. The shell is the hardest place for man to live both in this mortal world, immortal world and dream world.

It matters not how well a story is told, the true authentic experience remains to be a secret world that can only be entered into by the one who hold the spiritual key. That someone who has been there for me such as the one who is hungry shows me that there is some else who is even hungrier that I am. The one who is sick tells me the world need compassion love, care and support. Many choices that each one of us makes and we turn around and suffer for it, shows us that as that moment that was the best of judgment I had and normally in the judgment to fulfill greed, we go beyond our normal scope of interests to make sure we support ourselves in achieving the everything that will load our shoulders and turn on the salty pipes in our eyes. It’s always each as an after effect to say I should have or they should have or she/ he should have and that my friend is s fountain of stress.

I believe much of the time we try one other people’s shoes, we kind of fold our foot in half and say “ it’s easy”, yet in reality if we were in the same situation we would have done the same or even worse. The most important person we must never judge is ourselves; we lead ourselves down a slope with no brakes. We hammer ourselves so hard that the nail sinks in and can not be extracted. That nail is our inner being loosing identity and self-worth. No circumstance in our lives ever wants a loss of identity and self worth it does not matter how big we define it, it can never be big enough. Just get yourself off the hook and let go, you will fall but there are many cushions to set yourself free. We have the copy right that allows only us in to the section of our lives releasing our selves from bondage and prison, Sometimes a guy sitting behind bar is much free that the man who walks the streets of his / her township. Freedom lies within and as well imprisonment. Lies within when we are judged it has not much impact as when we judge ourselves. Man has history of being harsh to self unknowingly we are against it in others.
Many people speak to my about the HIV+ result that I have had for 10 years +, they are so hard on themselves that the eyes for light close and the sound of hope get faint. I can not say it is easy, because it is not and will never be easy to unlearn what ever we learn t think we are doing so for the preservation of our own lives. We have only our selves to get in to a situation and out and a situation. Man has super strength only when they have willpower. Never be harsh to self, kindness to self hold all the secrets of success that were bundled within at the time of our birth. We are all 9 nine months older if we were full term born babies and what ever moths we born at. So I am 38 on the 27th and add nine months I am also most thrifty nine, we have lived in our mothers bodies for 9 months hence our life begins at conception.

All that we hold in us is a blessing or an opportunity 100% of the time, even what we count as our curses or problems are yet a blessed that needs us to break the code. Man had lived life in two ways knowing there is s code to break, not knowing there is a code wrapped in our tears. We fail because we turn to discard all the negatives we go thru yet they are exactly what we asked for buy wrapped in our own tears. Crying with our eyes open and mind open will lead us to the pick up point of our success. No wonder why successful people are just a handful and known across the globe. Each one of use has a single duty to carry out and that duty is to be true to ourselves. In our honest and true state we are unbreakable.

“Truth however bitter can be accepted and woven in to a design for living. Dame Agatha Christie

Being tested for HIV and having a positive result, taking ARV’s for 8 years and coming off on my own teaches me the principle of understanding and not fearing.

“Nothing in life is to be feared, it is only to be understood” Marie Curie

My motto is this “When I feel down, I always know I am just leaning sideways”. A push from within will get me to a straight posture. Give yourself a pat on the back for standing up for your own good and the good of humanity. Judge not, so you can free your own soul, support accept other as they are, let it be them that find it within to change because only then can change effect, this also include me on myself.
